About International Computer Associates

Dr. Edward E. Boas, Jr. started International Computer Associates, Inc. (ICA, Inc.) in 1978 in response to a need for a local supplier of computers and computer related equipment and service in the Cecil County, Maryland area and his work overseas for the federal government. We currently serve our local area as well as government agencies, countries, and corporations world-wide.

We have expanded several times and are currently located on Route 213 South, 2/10 of a mile south of the Chesapeake City Bridge at 2615 Augustine Herman Highway in Chesapeake City, Maryland.

Dr. Boas manages the business and is a professor of Computer Science, Data Processing and Electronics at Cecil College, in North East, Maryland. He teaches advanced computer certification classes in computer networking, software applications, computer security, computer forensics and wireless technologies.

We have a large base of repeat customers and have a reputation for solving customer problems that other service organizations have not been able to resolve.  We enjoy our work!

In addition to the computer and networking products we manufacture and assemble, ICA, Inc. is a dealer for numerous hardware and software manufacturers.
